If you encounter any problems with your ebook or audiobook, whether they are technical or quality issues, the BookFunnel team are on hand to quickly and effortlessly resolve them for you. Simply visit their help page to contact them, or click the "Need Help?" link in the top right-hand corner of your book's download page.

If you don't see an email confirmation - either from us or from BookFunnel - please check your spam folder. The email will go to whichever address you provided at checkout, so if your PayPal or Shop account uses a different address from your BookFunnel account, you may have to check that address instead.

If you wish to check on the progress of your delivery, please contact the courier in the first instance with the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
