Shipping policy

Please be aware of your own country's laws regarding items you purchase from this store, including:

• Your responsibility for any VAT, duty, or other import fees
• The legality of materials featuring LGBT people, relationships, and culture
• The extent of your country's laws regarding explicit content
  

We are not liable for goods seized or destroyed by your country's customs processes.

We will endeavour to pre-pay duties when shipping to you, but if your country does not allow senders to use DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping, those costs will fall to you. Please be aware of this when placing your order.

It is your responsibility to be available at the address you provided to us for shipping purposes. If successive redelivery attempts fail and your order is returned to us, you will be liable for our 10% restocking fee and the cost of the failed delivery.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes outside of the UK. We use couriers for our deliveries, and they do not accept PO Boxes. All orders to a PO Box will be cancelled and refunded.
