The email will go to whichever address you provided at checkout, so if your PayPal or Shop account uses a different address from your BookFunnel account, you may have to check that address instead. All physical items are shipped from the United Kingdom within 3 working days, using tracked delivery and a 1-3 working day service for most of the world. Shipping cost is determined by total order weight.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
You must ensure that your address details are correct. Please note that many countries (including the USA) will not deliver mail if the addressee name on the package does not match the resident name at the given address.
We cannot refund postage on packages returned to us due to failed delivery.
